Building in Faith — Why We’re Praying for Our Church Project

At Acreage SDA Church, we believe that true growth begins with a firm spiritual foundation. As we pursue our church building project, we are not simply adding structure and square footage — we are building in faith, placing every stone with prayer, every step with purpose, and every decision with Christ at the center.

🙏 A Vision Birthed in Prayer

The decision to begin a church building project was not taken lightly. It was the result of heartfelt prayer, congregational unity, and spiritual discernment. We didn’t ask, “What can we build?” — we asked, “What does God want to build through us?”

That question has led us to anchor every phase of the project in prayer. From planning meetings to budget discussions, every part of this journey has begun and ended with supplication, surrender, and seeking God’s will.

🌱 Why Build Now?

We are building because God is growing. Our congregation is expanding, our ministries are multiplying, and our impact in the Loxahatchee and Westlake communities continues to deepen. But with growth comes the need for a space that can nurture it.

Our current facilities limit the number of people we can serve and the programs we can offer. By building a new church home, we’re creating a space where:

• Children can grow in a strong Sabbath School ministry

• Youth can gather and be mentored in a safe, faith-filled environment

• Health programs and Bible studies can be expanded

• Community outreach can flourish

• Worship can happen without boundaries

This building is not for comfort — it’s for kingdom purpose.

We are inviting everyone — members, visitors, neighbors, and friends — to join us in daily prayer for this project. Just as Nehemiah rebuilt the walls of Jerusalem with one hand on the work and one on the Word, we too are building with faith and focus.
