At Acreage Seventh-day Adventist Church, we believe that caring for our bodies is an important part of honoring God. The Bible reminds us in 1 Corinthians 6:19–20 that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. Because of this, learning how to care for our health is a meaningful part of living a balanced and faithful life.

We are pleased to invite our community to a special health presentation titled “Move Better, Hurt Less.” This informative session will be presented by Dean Dennis and will focus on practical ways to improve mobility, reduce discomfort, and maintain a healthier lifestyle through better movement.

Many people experience pain or stiffness due to daily activities, aging, or lack of movement. However, small adjustments in how we move, stretch, and care for our bodies can make a significant difference. During this presentation, participants will learn simple strategies that can help improve flexibility, support joint health, and promote overall wellness.

This session is designed for people of all ages who want to better understand how movement impacts their health. Whether you experience occasional discomfort or simply want to maintain your physical strength and mobility, this presentation will offer helpful insights and practical tips.

Our Health Ministry continues to provide educational opportunities that encourage our church and community to live healthier, more balanced lives. By learning how to move better and care for our bodies, we can enjoy a higher quality of life and remain active in serving others.

We invite you to join us for this meaningful and educational event.
